THE POLYETHYLENE (PE) PIPE COATING

Our 3LAYER Polyethylene (3LP) Pipe coating technology (T type) is produced by extruder head. OD Sizes 3 “-66” pipes are coated with the side ekströz method.
Sandblasted and exterior (SA 2.5) conditions for corrosion and sealing the surface eliminating traces manufacturing plant is provided.
Pipe controlled manner by an electric or gas furnace is heated to the appropriate temperature.
After the heating process by applying the adhesive surface is coated with polyurethane and copolymer or polypropylene.
Cold water is cooled by spraying pipe.
Coating Thickness : 2.0mm – 6.00mm (including glue and PE)
Application Range : 2 “- 66” (60,3mm – 1676,4mm)
Thickness : 0.1 “- 1” (2.5mm – 25.4mm)
length : 6,0 – Normaly 13,6m but we are able to produce up to 16,0M
Applications: Corrosion protected water, natural gas, oil and so on. used in transmission lines.
